At Alliance, we have the in-house capability to handle on-site auctions from start to finish. With Alliance's relationships with other industry contacts, no auction is too large for us to handle. Here's what you can expect...

To get started, we'll provide you with a proposal of our recommendations and a preliminary budget of fees and expenses. Once we agree on how we can best assist you and the extent of the services you desire, we'll proceed with defining a timeline and setting an auction date.

From here, our auction staff will handle inventorying your merchandise and setting it up for auction day. At the same time, our office team will conduct a custom-tailored advertising campaign targeted to attract the people most interested in purchasing your property. Following the inventorying, we'll also prepare a detailed auction catalog for distribution to potential buyers.

Just prior to auction day, we'll host a presale inspection or "preview" of the items for sale. This gives buyers an opportunity to inspect the merchandise that will be offered at the auction.

On auction day, we'll coordinate all the details, from parking and security to collection of funds and removal of merchandise.

Shortly following the auction, you'll be provided with detailed reports showing item-by-item sales figures along with a settlement check.

Our auction staff will always strive to "take care of the details" with minimal inconvenience to you.
